A. Upon deciding on your final investment, you are now ready to see the community. We have 2 ways to do the site visit:

1. Actual Site Visit. On the agreed date and time, we will pick up you up on the agreed pick-up point.
2. Virtual Site Tour. Together with our marketing team, we will have a virtual site tour thru Zoom or group chat, or whatever available social media platform. Our presentation is the actual footage of the site and the model houses

B. Electronic Buyers Information Sheet { E-BIS )

1. Fill up your E-BIS. We will send you the link for the E-BIS. We will guide all in your filling up of your E-BIS
2. Payment of Reservation Fee in 2 ways:

  • Over-the-Counter payment thru BDO/RCBC/Maybank/AQWIRE
  • Online-Payment thru InstaPay, PesoPay,PesoNet and Gcash.

C. BUYERS PORTAL. You will be given your own Buyers Portal where you can see updates of your account:
